Westgate Post Office locked my post box which was already paid on 6 october 2012 for 2013. Trying to contact them or visit them is the most frustrating experience anybody can have. Luckily the Randpark Ridge branch was most helpful in confirming payment. At last Westgate came back and said they were not aware that online payments must be taken into account! They cant get access into the system as the branch manager is away! They promised the post box will be open at 12:00 tomorrow! They need serious change to deal with the incompetence and negligence that is part of their make-up
