I had a problem with Spur Chippewa at Overport City which i previuosly logged on Hello Peter. I subsequently received a phone call from Spur Head office as well the operations manager Riaz Rawat, who had offered me to bring my family along for a complimentary dinner to the value of R400. My reason for this compliment is not about a 'free dinner", its about Riaz rectifying the problem i complained about and the effort that he and his team made that evening to make sure that my family and i were well attended to and every detail was taken care of. The overall atmosphere was most delightful and Riaz and his team did ensure that our food was of good quality and their personal service was excellant as well. Well done to Riaz and his team and please keep up the excellant work and your gesture was highly appreciated by my family and i.
