The so called breeders pretend to live much further than of your reach and so can only 'import' your puppy locally. Once the payment is made and proof of payment is sent (in our case R2000), a sudden additional cost will occur, whereby they claim that they need an additional R10 000 to continue your process for an electronic crate and more vaccines needed.
