We were involved in a car accident on 23 December 2013. From the start we had problems with the claims department. Every time Riaz will promise to phone back, never to do so. Every the we phone again and again getting a different story in the claim progress. Every time Riaz say everything is ready it must just be signed of for payment, then when we phone and Riaz is not available the other people have a different story. Nobody knows what is going on in that department. Nobody phone back when the promise to. No manager or supervisor is ever available... The list can go on all day. I'm sitting... no vehicle, having children in school and a company to run. Not knowing when my claim will be paid out. But such is life. You have to pay your premium every month, but please don't ask them to stick to their end of the deal.
