It's not often, in this world of big business, that customers are treated the way they wanted to be treated. I live in the UK and am constantly hearing from friends in SA how poorly they have been treated by a company they have been dealing with. Hemporium are clearly determined to ensure that their customers are satisfied by their product (which in my case was clothing) as well as the customer experience of their company. I don't usually post things like this but felt I had to after dealing with Hemporium. I ordered some clothes from them and they arrived on my doorstep in excellent time. Unfortunately the clothes did not fit mostly due to my not reading the sizing info properly. I contacted Philippa who went out of her way to resolve the problem!
This is how every company should conduct their business!! Thank you Hemporium! Not only will I be back for more but I will be recommending you to whoever wants quality, reasonably priced clothing that doesn't cost the earth.
