Today at the customer service section of the above mentioned Edgars branch, the teller doing my clothing exchange had a general lack of adequate customer service conduct. I was met with no greeting, no smile, she didn't even speak when requesting my card- she just hinted toward it with her hand and head. The teller as well as the manager gave me such attitude and filthy looks when i reported the prblem with the clothes I had bought. The fault with the clothes lay with them as the clothing tore and continued to break.
This is not the first time I witness such bad customer service at this branch, it is generally dispicable.
Having worked as a sales assistant I understand the kind of conduct expected from these tellers.
This experience was bad enough for me never to shop at Edgars again.
