I recently purchased shower doors from your Company. This is the second time that I have used your services and although the first experience, approximately 7 years ago, turned into a bit of a nightmare in that the glass was first broken in Cape Town during loading, and twice in Johannesburg during off loading, I decided to use your Company again as your CEO at the time was especially apologetic and pleasant.

I would like to thank Karen for the pleasant manner in which she dealt with our requests, Joanne for her pleasant disposition, Spencer who is always polite and obliging and your installation crew who must get special mention for their neat work and extreme politeness. Having been under the sufferance of many a contractor during the course of upgrading the property your team were the most pleasant to have on the premises. They came quietly, did their work quickly, efficiently and left.
