So after a whole packet of botched unusable cuddler nappies and laying a complaint on hello petter about it, I was promised for the issue to be sorted out and to receive voucher for the replacemenr of the nappies. Well its been a MONTH! Exactly a freaking month and I am STILL waiting!!! I just get told oh its been sent and then all of a sudden on they going to send it with courier now and blah blah blah. POOR service!!! I am HIGHLY upset and irritated. Please explain how you are going to rectify this complete STUFF UP?! And how are you going to be making this up to me???!
