On the 29th Aug 2013 Goodluck Kanyepi bumped my car causing scratches and dents. He was driving his company's car, a white ford bantum, registration BP89VY GP. This happened in Nana Sita Street. The police came and took the statement. When I contacted Kanyepi the following day to discuss how he will fix my car, he told me to take it up with his company under Charles/ Carlos and Novel. I stared communicating with their company secretary Veronica who asked me to bring the car to their company so that her bosses can see the damages of my car. I then went and Carlos, one of her bosses asked me to look for a quotation from one of their panel beaters on top of the other two I had and also asked me to book it in and they will pay. He refused to give me his contact details but took mine and never called. He also refused to put it in black and white. I took the matter up via small claims and Mr Kanyepi who caused damages was issued with a letter of demand which he refused to sign. I'm now waiting for 14 days to take the matter even further.
