Sun tank installed a Solar Panel and tank on my roof, in the process they dislodged a old fitting which they used to install a new pipe from their solar panel. I asked my wife to contact them as there was water coming from my ceiling. My wife reacted two days later and they came out and repaired the pipe. I asked them to repair the ceiling as it was now damaged. They refused as they said that my wife took to long to react. I explained to them the damaged happened over night and that it did not matter if she reacted straight away or two days after she brought it to attention. I had to get my insurance company in to repair same ceiling and the excess involved I deducted from the amount still owing to Sun Tank. They then contacted me and said that I would be black list if I did not settle the account. I then settled the account as getting black list is a nightmare.
