It can't take over 3 months for a delivery

I on the 24 June 2013 sent 2 boxes from USA to South Africa, destination to be exact was Birchliegh and one to Witpoortjie. Strange enough the one to
Birchliegh has made it and the other one has not. I've used the service before and had no problem
at all. I have called the number 011961600 and 0860111502 everyday for a week and no answer. I sent an email that did not help me either. I keep checking mail in hope my package will arrive, I have an international reference number cw583277739us may you please assist please, I am very desperate and depressed concerning the where abouts of my parcels. When can i expect my boxes to arrive. Your help would be highly appreciated.
