A job well done

I just wanted to give Chabani at the South African Post Office. I had alot of issues with a package that I was sending. Chabani assisted me well and kept to his promise of following up and letting me know what the situation was with my parcel. Thank you to him for putting me at ease and making telephone contact with me to assure and let me know about my parcel.
