No response after numerous calls

I have called this company a number of times and either I get a complete run around, being transfered from one desk to another, or I just get cut off. Last I spoke to someone Wednesday afternoon, with whom I left my claim number, and so far he has not gotten back to me.

My landlord submitted a claim with standard Bank fora broken vacuum breaker last week, he came back to me to say standard Bank contacted you guys and I should expect a call later that day, that would of been week ago by the time you read this.

As in all this time you people are relaxing, shunting clients around and not doing your job, I am wanting money on water and electricity. So are you guys going to reimburse me for the cost which is as of last Friday a direct result of either your la, yes, incompetence or non-existent organizational and management skills.
