Spares on porta pack trolly

I bought a brand new porta pack in 2012 a wheel broke of and they cannot supply a wheel, they expect me to buy a complete trolley even though you buy it all loose and have to assemble it your self. I cannot sourse those wheels any where else and they cannot tell me where to get them. They send me from one person to another and no one seems to want or is able to help.
