Beware I have been into buying a device that was supposed to save me between 10% to 45% of my monthly electricity bill at my fast food business. The device was connected to my DB by Energy Saving Solutions technicians and I was given a guarantee and warrantee with the device. I was guaranteed that if the device did not save me anything over a three month period I would be given a full refund. I have diligently sent through my monthly bills since February when I had it installed. I find that I now cannot get hold of anyone including the sales person Karl van de Wath on both their cell numbers as well as their landlines. These are 0837142244 - Riaan; 0844879686 - Karl; 011 475 9962/9 - office. They have not responded to any of my mails or plea's for assistance. They have sold the product saying that they have been 30 years in the business and that they had just got a big contract with Ocean Basket to have this installed at all their branches countrywide. They assured me that they will maintain the unit going forward as well. I now believe that I have been. I have subsequently called Ocean Basket headoffice to check them out but they did not know of them. PLEASE BEWARE
