I signed a contract with era to let out my 2 flats in Brits. Short story is they put in 2 tenants that didnt pay a deposit and didnt pay rent for 6 months. An agent of Era also payed a guy to by pass both the prepaid electricity meters The municipality found out and fined me R5000 for each flat..I complained to Era's head office, their response was to take it up with my local branch. I did. I went to see the principal, when I told my story he lit a cigarette and started blowing smoke in my face. I asked him to stop and his response was that if I didnt like his smoke I should get out of his office
