I bought a bb gun in december 2012 and within 6 months the gas stared leaking and ran out within minutes, I took the gun back and with the help of the sales asst. I was told the gun is in a working condition and and the gas leak wil be covered by the warranty. They notified me that the gun came back but is broken now because the supplier tried to fix it and the seal broke they sent it back to the supplier and it came back with a cost of R250 for the broken part which the supplier broke, I came back on a few occasions regarding the cost of the repair and none of the sale asst can explain what happened to the gun frm the time it left their store in a working condition and when it arived back from the manufacturer, the floor mng Jason assure me on the fourth attempt that the repair wil be covered under the warranty but when I came for the gun Jason wasn't at work and none of the sale assts could help me they than called Peter heitmann the general manager with regard to ths repairs and the sale asst conveyed the msg that this repair wil not be covered under the warranty. I'm sick to my stomach because I get mixed stories evrytime I come to this store and I'm taking legal actions!!!
