I advertised designer sunglasses on gumtree. I was told to meet a second party to view the sunglasses. Thereafter the money will be transferred to my account. I then received an sms of a transfer from the bank, which seemed legit from FNB bank. This exchange happened in at Parow Library. Now, a week later the money is still not in my account. I tried contacting the socalled Herbert Posa but he hangs up when I question him. How/where can I report this person, to try and trace him and also how he got to use one of these long sms numbers he sent the payment notification from. His email while corresponing and negotiating the sale of my sunglasses is: [Email Removed] I just want to warn people out there about these. Its leaves one feeling totally violated.
