I just wanted to thank Monica Lynch who was very helpful in trying to locate some of my missing parcels. For the last two weeks I have been cut off when trying to call. Some nasty attitudes. Sent from one person to the next and some of them refusing to assist because I did not have a tracking number. So I really wish there were more persons like Monica. This is to let her know that we appreciate her and hope her attitude rub off on the others.
