We handed our Debt over to Debt Secure Legal recoveries to collect our Debt. Jolan Naidoo the director has collected over R250 000 of our Debt but has not paid it over to us, we have clients calling saying they have paid and have proof but he dosnt respond to us. No reports no money, Nothing!!!
he then uses threats to try get you to back off, and now we have tried to get court action against him he blatantly just ignores all summonses or any other correspondance.
His company is now apparently closed but, how convenient?
So far we have been in contact with 7 Companies who are in the same position with him.
It is Disgusting that he has gotten away with this. If any one else has the same issue please post as we need to stop him.
