There is a lady by the name of Sheryl pelser who is a body corporate at silverlakes complex in roodepoort west, that lady doesn't know humanity and negotiate with people when it comes to electricity if you owe 2000 rand and pay 500 rand to show that it is the amount you can afford she will switch off prepaid electricity or if the land lord owes the levy she doesn't have mercy on the tenant she disconnect that's how she treat silverlakes tenant.im sick n tired about her service
