Worst call centre in durban!

Employed by Direct Chanel Holdings, interviewed by management (a team leader) makes me wait a long time while busy on personal call, completes interview five minutes, trained for two days and was live.passed all tests and over achieved on given targets daily for 1 week, I logged on everyday wit a wrong name due to the intial mistake and misspelling of my name by Managment, clearly should be more attentive, I had explained transport arrangments was a problem for the day so I had left early (5pm) instead of 7:30pm, arrived next day at work only to get dissmissed in a unproffessional way, I had signed 8 new policies in the short time there yet I see no reward and have been treated really poorly.
