After ending my contract of 18 months in Aug, I received confirmation that my last payment is due 1 Aug. But 1 September another payment were deducted from my account. After a telephonic conversation with an admin lady, I was informed I was the 4th person that day to complain, and that I need to mail her in this regard, she will hand the manager the mail. The manager is apparently responsible to cancel debit orders. I have had no correspondence since. Another payment were just deducted from my account. If I do not receive confirmation of cancellation of my debit order in 1 working day, as well as my money returned into my account, I will lay a complaint at the Consumer Protection Authority.
