I called Big Ben cleaners to clean my carpets, later that day my maid complained that R200 was missing from her purse. When I got home that night I realised that some of my jewellery was also missing. When I called the manager (Janno) the next day to tell him about the there was no sympathy or apology. He was only interested in telling me that 'if I think that his company is going to replace my stuff, that's not gonna happen'.
It was really disappointing since I've used them for years. The manager's response was really insulting, like as if I'm calling him to just get something out of him. I really thought as a reputable company, they would treat my complaint with a little bit more professionalism and give me the customer some customer service.
