Its Been Nearly a month, and i have not received any feedback with regards to the cancellation of my TV License.
I emailed the necessary documentation to the necessary department nearly a month ago.
First time called, i was advised that documentation was received and i will receive an email with a form that i need to complete. Still no Firm.
second time i called, was told that the form will be sent to me via post. 3 weeks later, still waiting.
i urgently need this sorted.
No one ever calls to update me on anything
