I paid a small amount for a trial 1 month period on a dating site.
I didnt want to continue but the following month they deducted R1500 off my account for NOTHING.
THEY - DO NOT USE THIS SITE!!! They ackowledge the payment and are ignoring my follow up emails. The bank cannot reverse it nor can they stop a debit off it. I am sure that a bank can block a transaction. ABSA says they cant. Maybe ABSA is also just inefficient. I now have to cancel my credit card so they cannot do it again while still trying to get my money back.
B2 - YOU AND AFTER SERVICE IS SHOCKING!!! REFUND MY MONEY.
