I wanted to subscribe to Dating Over 40 for one month, but they charged my credit card for six months, which is four times the amount they advertise. They do not prompt you to verify your transaction before they took my money. Customer service in SA & UK refuses to refund my money.
They have also blocked my account after my numerous queries. Thus, they took my money and blocked my account, without a refund, they are also ignoring my multiple request for refund or to unblock my account. This company uses false advertising, they don't provide the service they claim to and they only take your money and then do a moonlight flip.
