I took a 21st key in to be re-engraved and name plated (key handed down from father to son) was promised a quote but was called to say that job was done and it would be R400. What choice did I now have - none! Could not say let me get another quote elsewhere or anything!
Went to collect key and the job was done so shabby - I was so disappointed as the lady who called said that it looked great - well that is definitely not what I saw (the old plaque on the wood stand you could see the marks of where it was placed so they had to replace the new plaque with a bigger new one and the key had to get sprayed to make it look half descent & the writing was small and not nice and bold)
What a disappointment after I was told how great they would make it look!!! NOT... and to charge R400 for this job I really felt was a rip off... not to mention I was not given a quote as promised to be able to decline or accept either!!! Due to this BAD experience I unfortuantely will never go there again!!! :-(
