Mold on foodstuff complaint not being dealt with

I brought it to the attention of the manufacturing company of Weigh-less wraps, that there was a moldy wrap in the packet I bought from Pick and Pay on the 13th September 2013. I lodged a website complaint on the 15th, but no response. I followed up with a phone call, and again I was brushed off. After a second phone call, I got a a promise on the 19th that this will be followed up. To date, no response afetr their initial mail. Very poor after sales service.
