Had that wonderful but sadly rare experience lately at Spectacle Warehouse, Access Park, Kenilworth: great service and with a smile nogal! Needed new specs and was treated with great courtesy and professionalism by optician Francois vd Merwe. Then equally so by Loretta, and when I went to fetch the new specs was greeted so sweetly by Tammy Zeederberg and Azikiwe Jokiwe who did the fitting of the new specs was a honey. The ladies at reception also need a virtual pat on the back. So well done management - you have got it right.
