Poor service and no feedback

In January this year we called Aerial Installationz in to have a second HD point installed in our main lounge. When we had the first HD installation done late last year, cabling was fed through for the new point, which was pretty costly. However, when the team came in January they advised that the cabling was not suitable for an HD point and another cable was pulled through. As soon as we turned the second TV on, we realised there was a problem and phoned the office who duly sent out another team. They fiddled around for a bit and left with no input and no resolution to the problem. We again phone the office and were told that it was a problem with hardware from a supplier and that, until the issue was resolved, we could only watch the new TV if the other TV was on at the same time! We now sit with two cables running down the wall, one coiled on the floor and the other connected to a faulty unit!
It is now the end of September and we are no further forward - emails go unanswered and attempts to contact anyone via the website have been fruitless. Incredibly disappointing and frustrating!
