We got in contact with Dirk Erasmus in response to our gumtree advert placed looking to transport goods from Cape Town to Port Elizabeth. He sent us a quote for R8000 and asked for 60% upfront payment. We paid him R4800 the next day. Dirk said the driver and his truck will be in Cape Town on the Friday and the goods will be in Port Elizabeth by Sunday afternoon. Needless to say we are still waiting. After several calls Dirk and Jurie Erasmus gave us long stories about the truck having broken down and waiting for parts to fix it. He has told us countless each time we phone him. First the truck is in Cape Town and broken down, the Jurie says the truck never left PE. We have to spend days phoning him and smsing (with no response). He doesn't answer and when we call from private number he answers hears my voice and then drops the call. DO NOT EVER DO BUSINESS WITH THESE . They will your money and never deliver.
