In November 2010 I lodged a dispute to have a account cleared. On Thursday 12 September 2013 when I applied for credit, discovered that the account has not been cleared yet. Transunion and XDS cleared these accounts promptly. I have sent all the required documents to [Email Removed] but they haven't responded yet. Please fix this urgently!
