Had abacus come quote on adding a water feature to and existing pond... they were super keen and willing to do the job. We had them hound us to get the job and since then everything you can imagine has gone wrong... they took 2 weeks longer than promised to start, they never delivered what we briefed them on.. now the pond leaks.. we had them in to fix it but it still leaks.. went away to cape town and when we got back the fish were swimming in 10 cm of water.. in 2 days the pond had completely drained.. they came last Thursday and said they were going to go get pipes to fix the job but never came back.. its now Tuesday.. no manager ever comes out to see or discuss the issues and you can never get them on the phone as much as you try everyone just avoids you... they are quick to demand the deposit which is the cost of most of the job and force you to sign their contract but you as the client have no recourse.
