Ray from Ray's Pond and Pool Maintenance was exceptionally quick to respond to email enquiries, came to quote for free after an on site assessment and repairs to our Koi Pond were of a very high standard. His staff were friendly and efficient and when further repairs were needed at a later stage he was able to assist either that or the following day and was always available by phone or email at short notice. He went above and beyond doing upgrades without extra charge and gave valuable advice on maintenance etc. when this was not asked. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing Koi Pond repairs or installations in Johannesburg.
