Every time i go to collect a parcel from mmabatho post office i get the same bad attitude and response- I track my parcels on the post office website and call before going to collect and get told to come tomorrow every time- it takes me going there 3 times to finally get my things and the staff always laugh about it! no one wears name badges and also will not give me there names- and this has now become a joke with them- where is the manager- or maybe they are just as uninterested in doing there job- this is not the first time iv complained and yet no one does anything about this- these people are not doing me a favor, it is there jobs- yet the professionalism is non existent...
