my wife and I are trying to put my son on the medical aid sending the application forms numerous times to the competent staff of Bonita's suppose to be, we are sending emails and phoning Bonita's I don't know how many times we sent the applications forms in BUT NO RESPONSE WHAT SO EVER FROM BONITAS SIDE
He would have been on the medical aid for four months now, now that we need it urgently THERE IS NO MEDICAL AID TO HELP
THIS TO ME IS UNECCAPPTABLE AND UNPROFESSIONAL
