I have always respected the Carlton brand and the professional service received but after my dealing with the Melrose branch I have LOST ALL RESPECT!!!
I had a treatment done by Demi who had a trainee attend to me in July 2013 and after that I had some issues which Demi tried to rectify again not by her; thereafter I went on holiday and when I got back I called the Melrose branch to let them know the treatment did not work. The receptionist insists on telling me to visit my doctor. I thereafter asked for a manager; the receptionist decides to discuss this matter in front of clients and a client decides to offer advice! I was placed on tel. hold while this took place!
Laura; the Manager asked for me to come in and thereafter told me she would discuss it with Demi who was on holiday. Laura kept on telling me this has not happen before and yet I had the same treatment done the beginning of this year and I did not occur any problems either!!! I was told that Laura would call me to see what could be done by the following day!
Its been over two weeks and Laura has not called me in connection with this matter. Why waste my time by having to come in if you were NOT going to do ANYTHING!
