On 15th October 2013 while me and my husband were at sudwala lodge we were invited to the sales office to buy timeshare. We were taken through the whole process and given holiday vouchers and by the time we left we had paid 3500 deposit on their speed point machine. After 2 weeks when I hadn't heard anything from Laura I called RCI which is part of their umbrella body to inquire and I was told that my information was not in the system. The person I spoke to also requested that I give her the voucher details and told me those. Vouchers were invalid. I then called Laura who told me she had captured my registration and would follow up and get back to me. Instead she sent me a debit order request form for the same deposit we had paid when we first signed. Now, Laura is not answering my call, texts or emails instead she keeps sending me linkedin requests and her office keeps referring me back to her is the one who is suppose to action my cancellation. All I want is my money back as she has repeatedly failed to deliver on her part of the deal.
