I applied for the re-connection of electricity and I gave people from Eskom certificate and I have already paid as they have informed me after their site inspection. After I have done the payment I did phone the call centre to inform them I have faxed a proof of payment. My frustration starts when I can't receive a clear answer or a progress report wrt when they will come and re-connect electricity. Apparently people from call centre can't assist me. I requested numbers to phone, unfortunately they don't know any number except where they work which is call centre. I understand the maximum time for Eskom to assist is two to three months but I think as a client I must receive a progress report wrt when I will be attended. Your intervention in these regards will be highly appreciated.
