Good Day
For the past month now we as residents in Dunnottar, electricity will go off every single day. When you phone the Electricity (Ekhurleni) they say it is Eskoms problem we must contact them. When you contact Eskom they say you must please phone Ekhurleni because you don't have an account with them but with the Ekhurleni. The problem is as follows:
For the the past month like i wrote above you will sit either busy studying or making supper and the next moment there goes the electricity. Last night it went of before 20:00 and this morning it was still off. It's been happening for over a month now. I reported it at the call centre here is my reference number: 728455 last night. The guy in customer service was very friendly i must say and helped me alot and i do understand the people in the call centre it is not their fault. This morning when i phoned them again they said i must phone Eskom cause the problem is with them. When i phoned Eskom they said they cant help me i must phone the ekhurleni. According to them it is cable. My question is do they the cables everyday? And will they replace our rotten food? WE ARE FED UP!!!
