On the 16th of December I Paid D&R compressors R360000.00 for 2 ingersollram 1000cfm compressors.
On the day they were ready I had paid a transport company an extra R25thousand rand for transport costs. upon arrival the compressors were still not ready. Finally on the second trip we collected them and delivered them to tiffindell ski resort. upon arival we discovered the one was not working. they told us its our fault for wiring it wrong but we followed their technicians instructions. we had to pay them again and send it down to jhb to get fixed, after another 70thousand we finally got the one compressor back, 2 weeks into season the thing breaks again. they gave us a 1000 hour or 1 year guarantee on the machines and the machine is now broken again and they refuse to fix it under guarantee.we have been ripped off for half a million and these need to either sort out our machines or refund us!
