It was late on friday afternoon after 2 call centre agents couldn't really bother helping me, Michelle made it her mission to sort out my query. Would like to thank Michelle it felt like few minutes refund and all and all was ok.. Well done!
(Amazing vouchers messed up due to a system error and deducted money for a subscription I didn't sign up for using detail that was supposed to be deleted off their system months ago.)
