SHOCKING SERVICE

I WAS SO EXCITED TO BE GIVEN THE OPPORTUNITY TO BE AN AVON REP. IT STARTED OFF WITH GREAT PRODUCTS AND AWESOME SERVICE HOWEVER THAT GREAT EXPERIENCE WAS SHORT LIVED. THE POOR SERVICE SAGA STARTED OFF WITH LATE OR NO DELIVERIES.I TRIED TO COMPLAIN TO THE CUSTOMER CARE CALL CENTRE AND AFTER THREE ATTEMPTS I NEVER GOT TO SPEAK TO A CONSULTANT.DID I MENTION THAT I HELD ON FOR 30 MINS AT A TIME? ANYWAY AFTER LOOSING TOO MANY CUSTOMERS AND WANTING TO CANCEL THE ZONE MANAGER LISTENED TO MY COMPLAINT AND PROMISED TO HELP... I'M STILL WAITING.I MADE AN ENQUIRY ABOUT MY ACCOUNT AS I WAS UNDER THE IMPRESSION THAT IT WAS CANCELLED DUE TO NO ORDERS BEING PLACED.ONCE AGAIN THE ZONE MANAGER PROMISED TO HELP.I NEVER HEARD BACK FROM HER.I ASKED HER TO CHECK IF MY ACCOUNT IS REINSTATED TO ENABLE TO BUY MY STUFF CASH UPFRONT AND WORK WITH THAT WHICH IS A FURTHER INCONVIEINCE.SHE PROMISED TO COME BACK TO ME BY TODAY THE LATEST AND I HEARD NOTHING.AVON=POOR SERVICE.AVON IS ALL SALES AND ZERO CUSTOMER CARE!
