I have been waiting for a parcel for more than five working days when it was promised to me that it would be delivered between 3-5 working days. I tracked the parcel and found that it was scanned at Witspos on 30 August. Four days passed and it was still at Witspos. I tried calling the customer service line but the operators are forever busy. I called the Wits branch twice, to which they told me to hold on while they conveniently transferred me to whoever was supposed to handle the situation. Of the two times I called, the operator helped me out once and said I have to wait for two more days for my parcel to be available.
I noticed that on the 4 September, Witspos scanned the parcel again. This looks like incompetency at the highest level.
