The debit order took twice the amount it was supposed to take. I called them and I literally was on the phone for an hour without getting through. I tried again this morning and again I was transferred to the call centre and I waited for 45 minutes until I hung up. It's ridiculous at the turn around time. I shouldn't have to call them to tell them about their mistake. They should take the initiative to call me and tell me about their mistake and how they plan on fixing it.
