The rudest bunch of staff that I have ever come across, they don't even listen to what issue I have. They made a mistake by swopping our meters with the neighbour and now I get sent a text message to pay outstanding money from that issue or I get cut off, not even an invoice, I had to ask for the invoice. They have no idea what they are doing there. I have tried to call a few times and spoke to different people and no one can give me an answer on what I am paying for. I called Francois to ask him if he knew about the mistake they made and he was so rude to me and couldn't tell me what that amount was for. I have tried to resolve this issue on Friday the 30th August and now they have cut my electricity a day after they sent me the invoice. I will think twice before I will use these people for my pre-paid electricity as they have no idea what is going on in their offices
