Impact meters say i owe 900 electricity from april this year. Since moving into my new flat, surprisingly they have been sending me invoices ever since i moved in and hv been paying on a monthly basis. Whn ask them to give me an invoice and meter reading they give me the run around. So as a qualified auditor i do not understand how a 900 rand invoice comes from if i have been paying since april. I would like to have a copy of that invoice that claims that im owing and i would produce payment about invoices i have been paying. I would like to reconcile the two.
