I was also called in by Empire International for an interview. They were very vague on the phone but I didn't think anything of it at the time. They said it was very urgent and had to be the next day!? So I went in and was given the SAME 4 options of available positions I now see they have offered all candidates for at least 6 months! If these positions have been open for so long then why was it so urgent I get down there?! She then says she is so sorry, they NEVER do this in such short notice, but would I mind coming back the next day for an INHOUSE observation, dress smart! Now I see online that this is what she said to all candidates before making them drive all over town, hawking their products, without petrol or any pay! Now I know why there were so many questions about my car!?! I then phoned Ms Bruwer and before I could say anything she said: "Don't tell me you're cancelling tomorrow because we need you! " I said yes I need to cancel, so she hung up in my ear! She knew exactly why I was calling and knew she was caught out! I didn't even get a chance to ask why on earth they NEEDED me? I thought I was observing a finance job!! Thanks to all those who posted warnings!
