Refund on unauthorized debit

About March this year an unauthorized debit order went against my account. With some difficulty a company call CapiCall got pointed out by PayToZa who acted on their behalf. I got told I have to reverse the debit order at the bank, on which I said I'll send an invoice for the time I had to waste in doing this. Subsequently Johan at Paytoza helped me in communicating with Capicall and above the amount that got refunded, I also received a deposit in my bank account from Capicall for the inconvenience. Thanks to Johan for assisting in this process, hopefully others who complain about unauthorized debits can do the same and eventually companies like Capicall will stop '' money.
